Battery @ charger problems
I just received a flawless facial hair remover today. I read the instructions, charged it, and when it became weak, cleaned it and returned it to the charger.
The red light stayed on much longer than the first time.
I finally removed it from the charger, but when I tried to turn it on, the switch would not go up. The instructions mention that a battery can be used, but upon inspection, it doesn't seem like a battery would fit there.

I was distressed, after I purchased a copy that did not work for me as well as the Spin Spa. I used for my legs and feet which I cannot reach easily.
The brushes are better on the Spin Spa. The speed is better on the Spin Spa.

Preferred solution: Sealed box missing charger. Store doesn’t have any replacements in stock. I just need a charger, otherwise item is useless.

Bad customer service and LIES
Spoke with seven people at five different phone numbers and all of them lied to me they all gave me some *** and fake emails to call to contact and none of them work one of them tried to make me spend money to ask a question very bad never ever will buy anything from you people again and I told father my friends who were going to purchase this product and I called them up immediately and told them not to buy it what a disgrace to not honor and back your company product. UghTry Microtouch Titanium Head shaver.
Trying to return my MicroTitanium Head shaver. Stopped working after a month of using it.
purchased it in December 21st 2023 for my husband for a Christmas present. I have the 2 year warranty on it but I do not have a copy of my receipt. Wanted to know if I can still return it for a full refund.
I do have my purchase information on my bank statement. i paid 90.92 that included an extra head.

- Does not work as good as it advertised still leaves stubble

In the titanium head shaver is there supposed to be a charging port
titanium head shaver arrived..in the package there is no port to charge the shaver..only a wire... is the port supposed to be included?
I do not intend to pay for this question and if you insist please remember that social media/ FB, etc...

Not happy with purchase of compression socks
I ordered 2 pair of Copper Fit Energy Compression socks for my wife who is petite but when she tried to put them on she was unable to get them on. I tried to help but the "Easy ON Easy Off" were so tight that even when I tried to help there was nothing easy and no way to wear them. I would like to return for a refund.

My product stopped working right
My trimmer stop working right as I was grooming and also trimming the hair the trimer Started to quit cutting the hair right so I clean the product my brushing all the little hairs all out of the micro tats started it back up and it just wouldnt cut the hair and asking for a refund or replace the product thank you

Charged for a product I didn't order
I received a charge on my bank statement for a purchase I did not make. I have called many times and no one answers.
I dont know what kind of company this is but there customer service person Mary Ann should be fired.
No answer to calls or messages. Im reporting the company to the BBB and the Attorney General

HD Vision Visor doesn't work properly.
Vison Visors kept falling down when not in use. Also, the visors don't handle 100 degree weather very well. The plastic got soft and bendable.
