Today I bought my 4th Finishing Touch Yes. After a few months, all of a sudden, even tho the green light shows, the Yes goes dead. I have tried to recharge it and it will not recharge. I like the product but don't like what I have to go through to use one. Since I need 100 words I will just repeat what I have said above. The Yes doesn't hold a charge after being used for a few months. The light is green, as if charged, but the Yes doesn't work. So when trying to recharge it, it still doesn't work. Ordered Flawless Touch on 8/11/2017. Called on 8/24 they said it was shipped today 8/24. Called back on 8/31 they said it will be there Friday 9/1. No did not get it. Also they are not answering the phone and I tried many times using the ideavillage@customerstatus.com. Nothing happens says try back in 24 /48 hours. It has been doing this since 8/24. They lie every time. I'm done with them. Be careful and check out all the TV products then control. Never never again with ant TV products they control. O yes they have my money already. I am filing a charge back with my credit card company. This should be illegal. Do not trust anything they say.

Told my order would be almost another money when I said I will just cancel my order they charged my card | Idea Village review

I purchased the Finishing touch flawless and waited weeks and when I checked on my order found it was on out of stock. I was told by them my card would not be charged until my order was being shipped. Yesterday i was told it would be about September 18th. I replied to them I wanted to just cancel the order. Today I get an email back from them they can not make any changes to my order once it has be processed. I check the status and now it says they have received the back order and when I checked my bank account they had charged my card.

Defective item | Idea Village review

Bought Yes! Hair removal system . Can not get the thing to start. The inside motor worked for about 8 seconds one time and has not worked since. Bummer. It appears to be a good idea, but the item itself is flawed. I would have returned it to the vendor, but I honestly cannot recall which one it was, so I'm contacting you, the distributor. Signed, Unhappy Peach Fuzz I have to use minimum 100 words, so I'll tell you that today my sisters and I are preparing for our Parents' 70th wedding anniversary. Looks like I am luckier with parents than with mail orders. So tell me, do you know any folks who have been together for 70 years? It is rare. Did I use 100 words yet, for Pete's sake?

I just opened up my flawless facial hair remover! It was working great!

I twisted off the head a few times to clean, and it was working fine. Then, it wasn't. SO all i got was 5 minutes of use? now its broken?

and nothing can be done? what a joke. super bummed. I know it wasn't the battery, because the light was on.

just no hair removal function. sad.

They obviously don't have or need phones. Emails also receive no response. Customer questions or complaints are sent to their recycle bin. Not the way to do business. I have a simple question that consists of my buying a wire so I might use their micro shaver but I give up. I wonder if the number of negative complaints they receive is the reason they operate incognito? It is sad because with their array of products they could become a great source. After a sale communication is more important than making a sale. In attempting to write this review I cannot unless I write 100 words or more. That in itself should tell us something

I have the "YES" leg shaver. My puppy got the cord that plugs into the shaver and into the electric plug, and chewed it up so it is destroyed. I need to order this part, the charging cable, so I can use my shaver. I thought my "YES" was not in her reach, but today I found part of the cable, and at first, didn't know what it went to. Then, I got my "YES" which was still in the box, and realized the cable was missing, and the part I found was a fit to the charging cable. Now, I need to see about getting a replacement part so I can use my "YES."
